Store Management - Spirit
About the role
The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience is required
Physical demands
- 8+ hours of standing/walking
- Climbing ladders
- Setting up fixtures
- Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
Pay
- Assistant Manager: Hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience
- Store Manager: Hourly rate starting at $19.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
