About the role

The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 21
  • Flexible schedule
  • Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
  • Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable with seasonal merchandise
  • Must be familiar with consignment store operations
