Store Management - Spirit

About the Role

The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and overseeing setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.

This position is for a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator of the store, not Spirit Halloween. The consignment operator will have sole responsibility for your employment, including wages and benefits, and will establish all employment and operating policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Physical Demands

• 8+ hours of standing/walking per day.
• Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures.
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
