About the role

Brand: Spirit Halloween. The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Shrink management
• Merchandising
• Inventory control
• Staffing
• Setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Must have a flexible schedule

Pay

Assistant Manager: hourly rate starting at $20.00 per hour; Store Manager: hourly rate starting at $23.00 per hour. Rates are dependent upon qualifications and experience.
