About the role

The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain Guest Services
  • Control expenses
  • Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control
  • Staff, set up, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Flexible schedule
  • Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
  • Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be familiar with Spirit Halloween merchandise
  • Must be comfortable with the consignment model

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage inventory and finances
