Store Management - Spirit

About the Role

The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and handling setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.

This position is for a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, not Spirit Halloween. The consignment operator will be solely responsible for employment benefits, wages, and adherence to their established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience

Physical Demands

• 8+ hours of standing/walking daily
• Climbing ladders
• Setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
