Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Utilize proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft products like Word and Excel.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous supervisory experience.
• A High School diploma or GED, with at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds.
