Store - Huck's Store Manager

About the role

Huck’s is a 100% employee-owned company that values high standards of customer service and store cleanliness. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Maintains store appearance to reflect company expectations and standards
• Manages all expenses and sales to budget (or better)
• Participates in neighborhood marketing and community involvement
• Manages all associates to ensure they adhere to company uniform policy and provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Performs daily and shift-level checklists
• Ensures schedules are posted two weeks in advance
• Communicates effectively with store associates, Division Manager, and corporate office
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
• Controls variable expenses and maintains inventory levels
• Ensures safety and security of the store
• Ensures all merchandise orders are sent properly
• Monitors inventory levels and communicates with Division Manager to prevent out-of-stocks
• Ensures food service areas are clean and sanitation procedures are followed
• Reports maintenance problems and work-related injuries
• Complies with EPA regulations and UST procedures

Qualifications
