About the role

The Store Director (Store Manager) role at Target is a high-level leadership position within the retail sector. This role is responsible for managing a large team of hourly team members and leaders, recruiting, selecting, talent management, and talent planning across all departments of the store. The Store Director also leads a team of experts, advocates, and consultants passionate about ensuring guests get what they came for every time they shop at the store.
