Responsibilities

  • Sales: Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and drive lifetime loyalty. Identify business opportunities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Direct managers to cultivate client development among team members. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships. Motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.
  • Service: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments. Lead, model, and coach based on TEI (Voice of Client Survey) feedback to improve the Tiffany Experience Index. Ensure continuous guest experience management on the sales floor, coaching the team on the Power of Blue selling ceremony. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences. Act on TEI performance and client feedback to enhance service.
  • Talent: Build and elevate a winning team to create a best-in-class service and selling organization. Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan for the store. Assess capabilities and create robust development plans to grow talent at all levels. Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and recognition to improve team engagement and performance. Network and recruit diverse, multi-lingual, and highly skilled talent.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (e.g., sales floor, operations).
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college or university degree.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
