About the Role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice roles involve food prep and foodservice safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Ability to follow health code guidelines and handle food preparation.
• Proficiency in cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Physical ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required. Training is provided.
