About the role
Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and—depending on the position—food prep and foodservice safety. Beyond the expected duties, you’ll enjoy camaraderie with your store team and fun interactions with customers.
No prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is required. A positive attitude and our comprehensive training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Prepare and present food, including making coffee and other customer favorites.
- Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
$17.00 - $22.78 per hour. The range represents what 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the compensation range for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on location and other factors.
