About the Role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. As part of the role, you’ll handle cash, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking. Some positions focus on food prep and foodservice safety. Beyond the expected tasks, you’ll enjoy camaraderie with your store team and fun interactions with customers. While cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus, it’s not required—our training programs will prepare you to excel.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite coffee.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately while promoting our rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
