About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and—depending on the position—food prep and foodservice safety. Beyond the expected duties, you’ll enjoy camaraderie with your store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Prepare and present food properly, including making customer-favorite coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required—cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus but not necessary.
