About the Role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice tasks such as food prep and foodservice safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers. No prior experience is required—training is provided to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow training and adhere to guidelines.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
