NAPA's Automotive Counter Sales Trainee role is designed for energetic individuals passionate about automotive parts, who are committed to providing excellent customer service and learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional NAPA Know How service to Wholesale customers
- Help Retail Customers with auto parts questions, DIY projects, and needs
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and services
- Passion for delivering customer care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to learn and train
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Valid driver license OR reliable transportation
- Prior experience in automotive parts, dealership, jobber, or retail establishment
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
- Capable of processing cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds
