Store Clerk (Guam)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the retail store in Guam and provide service for Micronesia customers.
• Customer service for the local saints in Guam retail store.
• Manage resources including inventory and equipment to run the retail operation.
• Coordinate to provide necessary support, such as transportation, accommodations, and meals to Temple Patrons from the FSM, CNMI, and Republic of Palau.
• Make payments and provide a financial record of the costs associated with supporting the saints from the FSM, CNMI, and Republic of Palau.
• Aid the buyer in daily operations such as data entry, mail room, and shipping operations, run errands, accounts payable, and other miscellaneous duties.

Qualifications

• Current temple recommend (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of post-high school education, or training, and five years of work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Proficiency in using personal computers and basic applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research; and be a service-oriented, personable individual.
