About the role

As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the ability to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while adhering to store policies and health & safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in retail or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets (preferred).
• Customer‑Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Tech‑Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Minimum Requirements:
  • Set weekly availability that includes a mix of mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
  • Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies.
  • Clear spoken English for effective customer communication.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing for approximately four to fourteen hours per day.
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to place or retrieve merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs to stock or acquire merchandise.
• Regularly lifting items weighing 5–25 lb (heavier loads may be required in certain circumstances).
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
