Key Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or similar experience with a track record of achieving sales targets (preferred).
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance.
• Clear spoken English; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old (individuals 16+ may be eligible in certain states).

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing (approximately 4–14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to place or stock merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Regularly lifting items weighing 5–25 lb (occasionally heavier).
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Work in a moderately noisy retail setting.

Schedule

• Weekly availability required, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
