Schedule

Shift schedule will be determined based on operational needs and candidate availability. Store Associates should expect swing or high-need shifts to support their home store and neighboring locations.

Responsibilities

• Work at multiple store locations as scheduled.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service; assist customers at the gas pump as needed.
• Comply with company policies, store procedures, and all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits.
• Participate in all safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory job-related meetings/trainings.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out, including basic equipment upkeep.
• Identify equipment problems and report as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food service handling in compliance with state and local requirements.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision; work flexible hours, attend meetings, and handle other assigned tasks.
• Maintain reliable transportation to travel between sites as scheduled.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to monitor inventory, purchases, gas pumps, and equipment issues.
• Effective communication in English, including proficient telephone skills.
• Adherence to safety procedures, including responding to alarms and contacting emergency services.
• Frequent reaching overhead, gripping, wrist movements, and finger dexterity for restocking, operating POS systems, handling payments, and maintaining store grounds.
• Frequent squatting and kneeling for stocking and replenishing items.
• Ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds (using a hand-truck).
• Frequent lifting of 20 pounds or less from floor to waist or overhead, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a stepladder for stocking, retrieving materials, or placing/removing signs.

Note: Exposure to gas fumes, solvents, and occasional noise may occur.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written), including telephone proficiency.
• Ability to work various shifts as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Ability to work with equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Maintain reliable transportation to travel between work sites.
