Store Associate

About the role

Responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Restock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures per regulations.
• Minimize shrinkage by resolving pricing discrepancies promptly.
• Operate equipment such as slicers, scales, mixers, and other store tools.
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic retail knowledge; customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to operate various store equipment and read product labels.
• Some retail experience preferred.

Schedule

Part-time role with potential for full-time, primarily morning, day, and evening shifts. Focused on creating a welcoming store environment and fostering community connections.
