Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Completing friendly and personable checkins at the front desk
• Cross-training on all in-store positions from maintaining and executing all front desk and bike handling duties
• Distributing equipment for the rental
• Assisting customers with changing of equipment
• Upselling to new customers upon arrival
• Bike handling and setup of guests

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with bike riding, bike handling, retail sales, and face-to-face customer service
• Availability of at least 3 days per week, totaling 25 hours, with at least one day being a Saturday or Sunday
• Availability to work peak shifts during the busier season (March-November)
