Love shoes? Love helping people? Join our team at Shoe Carnival! We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns.
• Use basic math and counting skills for transactions.
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers.
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Great communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lb.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and move quickly in a fast‑paced store environment.
