Store Associate

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
• Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be at least 16 years old

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts
• Comfortable bending, squatting, and reaching for merchandise
• Able to move quickly in a fast-paced store environment
