Store Associate

About the role

See's Candies is opening new store locations in Brisbane and the Gold Coast in 2026. We're hiring friendly, enthusiastic Store Associates to help share the joy of See's with Australian customers.

Duties

• Greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm
• Maintaining clean, organized displays and restocking shelves
• Boxing and wrapping candies with care and precision
• Handling cash and electronic payments accurately
• Offering free samples (a See's tradition!) and helping with gift selections

Pay

• Starting from $27–$30 AUD per hour, based on experience
• Annual, performance-based bonuses to qualifying full-time employees
• Penalty rates for holidays and overtime

Qualifications

• Passion for chocolate and positive energy
• Customer service or retail experience preferred (but not required)
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Flexibility for holiday and weekend shifts
