What You’ll Do

  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission
  • Able to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: hourly rate PLUS commission on all sales made every hour worked
