Store Associate

Role Overview: Join as a Retail Store Associate to ensure smooth store operations and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include restocking shelves, slicing deli meats, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions, all while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Key Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.Maintain proper store conditions through stocking, cleaning, and product rotation.Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, following safety and food regulations.Resolve pricing discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.Operate and maintain equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, and other store tools.Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.Perform additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Basic retail knowledge; customer service skills.Ability to differentiate products, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.Experience with operating store equipment and maintaining safety standards. Position Details: Open availability with flexible shifts, part-time with potential for full-time opportunities, primarily during first shift.
