Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving potential issues promptly.
- Foster a positive shopping experience by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection and checkout.
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and collaborating with vendors.
- Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities.
- Offer assistance to pharmacy staff, including working in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities.
- Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to remain upright on the feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly.
- Good visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to lift and move objects, and proficiency with cash register systems are essential.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $15.40 - $22.40 per hour. The actual pay will vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
