The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall health experience for individuals and communities.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and empathy
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed
• Provide customer support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations
• Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity: performing activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

• High School Diploma or equivalent
