About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide differentiated customer service, focusing on the customer, and supporting various departments within the store.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and meet customer needs through attentive service
• Maintain a warm and friendly greeting and assist customers with locating items
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and manage inventory under the direction of the store manager
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities
• Provide customer support across different departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel during regular shifts, contributing to growth and career development opportunities
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: remaining upright on the feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity: close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts/details

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Pay
