Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory.
- Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
- Offer customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly
- Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to handle cash and credit card transactions, and teamwork are essential.

Pay
