The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a significant role in shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing exceptional customer service and supporting various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
• Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
• Offer customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required

Skills

Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to handle cash and credit card transactions, and teamwork are essential.

Pay
