About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
• Give a warm greeting and assist customers in finding products
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and assisting with vendor check-ins
• Support store operations by participating in opening and closing activities
• Offer assistance to departments like photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Work shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
