Store Associate

About the role

The Retail Store Associate position plays a significant role within the CVS Health family. You'll provide exceptional customer service, manage cash transactions, and support various departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and empathy
• Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently
• Restock shelves and update inventory as needed
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support across different departments
• Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills preferred

Pay
