About the role

A Store Associate is a vital part of our Andy’s team! Associates are actually the face of our brand. This individual works at a very fast pace, creating and delivering the best treats in the world, while also providing exceptional customer service. Store Associates are a large part of the entire Andy’s experience! Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering the best treats in the world
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a fast‑paced work environment
• Taking care of guests and staff up front
• Upholding high standards of operation

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Lead by example and uphold high standards
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to physically work all shifts up front
• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 lb independently and safely
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
• Constant computer, point‑of‑sale register, and equipment usage
• Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant talking and exchanging ideas verbally
• Clear vision at near and/or far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions

Schedule

Summer Hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day): Sun‑Thu 11am‑11:30pm | Fri‑Sat 11am‑midnight
Winter Hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day): Sun‑Thu 11am‑11pm | Fri‑Sat 11am‑11:30pm
Availability to work up to 1 hour after closing times is required.
