About the role

A Store Associate is a vital part of Andy’s team, serving as the face of the brand. Working at a fast pace, associates create and deliver frozen treats while providing exceptional customer service. They contribute to the overall Andy’s experience and serve customers in the Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Orlando areas and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver frozen treats while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a fast‑paced work environment, taking care of guests and staff up front.
• Be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of operation.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform physical tasks: constant standing and walking; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 lb; occasional use of ladders, stairs, ramps; constant POS/register use; frequent wrist and spine flexing; constant reaching, turning, precision work around fountain area; constant talking; clear near/far vision; ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
