Job Summary As an Andy’s Frozen Custard Associate, you'll play an important role in bringing the Andy’s Experience to the McAllen community! You'll work alongside a team of energetic individuals in a fun, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service are key. As part of our opening team, you'll help establish the culture, service standards, and traditions that will make our McAllen location a favorite destination for years to come. What You'll Do: Deliver legendary customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude.Prepare and serve our world-famous frozen custard treats.Work together with your teammates to create a fun and efficient environment.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.Learn new skills and help create an exceptional guest experience.Help build a strong foundation for our brand-new McAllen location! Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age.Reliable transportation to and from work.Availability to work evenings and weekends.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. safely.Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders.Frequently reach, bend, turn, and perform repetitive movements.Operate point-of-sale systems and frozen custard equipment.Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
