Full and Part Time Positions Available! A Store Associate is a vital part of our Andy’s team! Associates are actually the face of our brand. This individual works at a very fast pace, creating and delivering the best treats in the world, while also providing exceptional customer service. Store Associates are a large part of the entire Andy’s experience! Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of guests and staff
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast‑paced environment
• Must not be an office job (hands‑on position)
• Physical demands: constant standing and walking; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 lb; occasional use of ladders, stairs, ramps; constant computer/POS/register use; frequent wrist and spine flexing/rotation; constant reaching, turning, precision work around fountain area; constant talking; constant clarity of vision near/far; ability to work outside in various weather conditions

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with significantly fewer hours than typical restaurant jobs
• Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve; closed early on Thanksgiving Eve
