Store Associate

About the role

A Store Associate is a vital part of Andy’s team and the face of the brand. Working at a fast pace, you’ll create and deliver the best frozen treats while providing exceptional customer service. Opportunities exist to serve the Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Orlando areas and beyond as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high‑quality frozen desserts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand.
• Maintain a clean, family‑friendly environment (no grills or fryers).
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Lead by example and uphold high operational standards.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform hands‑on duties, including physical work up front with guests and staff.
• Physical requirements:
  • Occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 55 lb independently and safely.
  • Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
  • Constant use of computer, point‑of‑sale register, and related equipment.
  • Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine.
  • Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area.
  • Constant talking and exchanging ideas verbally.
  • Maintain clear vision at near and/or far distances.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Constant standing and walking.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with significantly fewer hours than typical restaurant jobs.
• Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
• Closed early on Thanksgiving Eve.
