- Point of sale operations
- Inventory management and rotation
- ARC merchandising standards (CNO Standards)
- Donations
Assumes Responsibility
Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations (including personnel and cash handling duties) in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Schedules Store Employees
- Covers Daily Morning and Shift Change Team Meetings
- Reviews and Maintains Accurate Employee Payroll Records
Supports Store Manager
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators to Drive Store Sales and Increase Profitability
- Hiring, Training, and Directing Store Team
- Develops and Performs Coaching of All Store Employees
- Communicates Personnel Issues and Performance Results
- Issues Disciplinary Warnings, Conference Reports, Employee Evaluations, and Key Performance Results
Ensures Customer Satisfaction
- Improves Service to Maximize Customer Experience
- Supports Back Room Processors/Warehouse Associates
- Protects Store Currency, Inventory, and Property
- Ensures Building Security
- Attends ARC Monthly Safety Meetings
Completes Tasks
- Completes All Tasks Assigned by District Sales Manager, Command Retail Directors, and Command Administration
