• Opening and closing procedures
• Point of sale operations
• Inventory management and rotation
• ARC merchandising standards (CNO Standards)
• Donations

Assumes Responsibility

Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations (including personnel and cash handling duties) in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Schedules Store Employees
• Covers Daily Morning and Shift Change Team Meetings
• Reviews and Maintains Accurate Employee Payroll Records

Supports Store Manager

• Maintain Key Performance Indicators to Drive Store Sales and Increase Profitability
• Hiring, Training, and Directing Store Team
• Develops and Performs Coaching of All Store Employees
• Communicates Personnel Issues and Performance Results
• Issues Disciplinary Warnings, Conference Reports, Employee Evaluations, and Key Performance Results

Ensures Customer Satisfaction

• Improves Service to Maximize Customer Experience
• Supports Back Room Processors/Warehouse Associates
• Protects Store Currency, Inventory, and Property
• Ensures Building Security
• Attends ARC Monthly Safety Meetings

Completes Tasks

• Completes All Tasks Assigned by District Sales Manager, Command Retail Directors, and Command Administration
