About the role
Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense reporting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
