Store Assistant Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and stock control.
• Ensure all store policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
