Store Asset Protection Associate Part Time

Responsibilities
- Contribute to shortage reduction and investigations
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain the employee entrance and track deliveries
- Perform store physical security checks and make recommendations for loss prevention
- Conduct figure 8's and move throughout the store for safety inspections
- Greet customers as a Five Below associate
- Provide a visual presence at the entrance/exit with courteous and professional interaction
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and management
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience
- Basic understanding of retail or security
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Able to stand / walk for 8 hours at a time
- Able to lift and carry 20lbs
- Regular time and attendance is an essential function of the job
- Full understanding of Five Below policy and procedure
