About the role

Redbarn Pet Products is a manufacturer of premium pet food, treats, and chews. Founded in 1996 by lifelong friends Jeff and Howie, Redbarn has grown into a family-owned business with over 500 employees today. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products that bring joy to pets.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Redbarn Pet products.
• Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales.
• Properly communicate material and sample needs prior to events.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist and communicate with local Redbarn Account Managers.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Complete all reports as per Company Policy.
• Accurately prepare and submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Report to work at assigned shift time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Organized, responsible, and dependable.
• Good communications skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Internet software and Payroll systems.
• Ability to access the internet, navigate through company’s electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents, including Microsoft Word & Adobe PDF forms.
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 2-hour radius of travel from your place of residence.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays with the potential to work weekdays.

Benefits

Redbarn Pet Products offers competitive compensation, including a range of $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.
