Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Aid in unpacking, back-stocking, and organizing deliveries to manage inventory efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
  • Contribute ideas for in-store events, community engagement, and other activities to boost customer interaction and store presence.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
  • An understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Benefits

  • Typical cash compensation range for this position is $18.75-$20.67/hr plus a quarterly bonus based on store performance.
  • Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.

Pay

  • $18.75-$20.67/hr

Schedule

  • Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
