Store Advisor, Abbot Kinney
About the role
As a Store Advisor, you will be a key player in driving a premium, individualized fan experience in-store. Your focus will be to master the fundamentals of our Cloud CX philosophy to deliver "wow" moments and ensure a seamless, customer-centric operation. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the retail function by demonstrating high-level performance through service with authenticity, ensuring our premium service standards drive brand loyalty and ignite the human spirit through movement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, individualized customer experience rooted in our On Spirits and the Cloud CX philosophy to create meaningful moments for our fans.
- Respond to fan inquiries and resolve issues positively, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Assist with unpacking, back-stocking, and organizing deliveries to ensure inventory is efficiently managed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
- Support daily operational tasks such as restocking shelves, updating displays, and managing product flow.
- Contribute ideas for in-store events, community engagement, and other activities to boost fan interactions and store presence.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment (The Team Spirit).

Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or a customer service-related field.
- Understanding of service excellence, with the ability to engage fans, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and fan experiences.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay
Typical cash compensation range for this position is $21.64/hr–$23.56/hr. Individual compensation packages are based on factors such as experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
