About the role

If you're a whiz with spreadsheets, organization and all things clerical but prefer a fun, friendly, fashionable & fast-paced environment, Buffalo Exchange is the perfect fit. This non-customer facing position supports a dynamic team by handling back office tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Helping the store with various tasks such as scheduling maintenance and managing supplies.
  • Organizing and managing store records and paperwork.
  • Scanning cash register paperwork to Accounting daily.
  • Running errands and assisting with cleaning as needed.
  • Completing special projects and other miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

  • Prior clerical and computer experience (MS Word/Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable and cheerful, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Some cashier experience preferred.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Basic clerical and cashier skills.
