Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the storage industry, with deep technical expertise in the following areas:
- Software RAID stack and RAID/HBA controller architectures
- SAS Expanders, JBOD enclosures, and NVMe switch fabrics
- NVMe storage devices, storage backplanes, and external storage subsystems
- Strong working knowledge of server hardware platforms, including:
- UEFI firmware and BIOS-level interactions
- BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) interfaces and IPMI protocols
- Major enterprise operating system environments (Windows Server, Linux distributions, and VMware ESXi)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development and diagnostic tools to improve daily engineering productivity
- Proven ability in self-directed learning and independent task management, combined with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both engineering peers and global stakeholders.
