Storage Cloud Engineer (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Job Description
Design and implement standardized cloud storage architectures across public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and enforce governance, security, and compliance controls for cloud storage services
Support application onboarding, ensuring alignment with storage standards and best practices
Engineer and manage cloud-native storage patterns, including: Object storage (S3, Blob, GCS) File services (managed NFS/SMB) Block storage for cloud workloads
Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud storage solutions
Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates (Terraform) for consistent deployments
Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of storage resources
Partner with DevOps and platform teams to integrate storage into CI/CD pipelines
Monitor usage and enforce cost management and optimization strategies
Drive standardization and continuous improvement across cloud storage services

Requirements
Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong understanding of cloud storage concepts and technologies
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cloud storage engineering or a similar field
