Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Build, configure and maintain virtual machines, servers, and storage solutions.
- Aid in training junior employees.
- Provide diagnostics and technical resolution for any local or remote assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets using ServiceNow.
- Provide outstanding service by interacting directly with customers seeking resolution.
- Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Document work to share with Storage and Virtualization team.
Education & Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, and 2 - 4 years of related experience.
- Desired: Direct experience with VMware vSphere, experience with storage and hardware solutions for virtualized computing environments, certifications such as Security+, or other qualifying IAT II certification, VMWare VCP certification or ability to obtain with 180 days, Security Clearance (Active Secret or TOP Secret).

- Shift – The primary shift for this position is Monday – Friday between the operating hours of 0600 to 1700.
