About The Role As a Line Cook, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, preparing and plating food that matches our high standards. You’ll work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest gets an exceptional experience. This is a tip-eligible position and a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic brewery kitchen. What You'll Do Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other equipmentFollow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and qualityExpedite orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teamsAssist with events and special menus as neededMaintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstationsRotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and freshnessSupport training and teamwork on the lineFollow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
