Stockroom Management Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in accordance with Nestlé Purina best practices including cycle counts, minimum/maximum levels, and evaluating obsolete parts
- Investigate all inventory discrepancies
- Research Parts/Equipment and attain knowledge of manufacturers and OEM parts, have the ability to cross reference suitable parts for substitution and cost efficiency, assist in re-work/create of parts
- Cook up with schedulers and maintenance team leaders on all new part setups with accurate descriptions, proper part numbers and internal controls
- Review Static Inventory Reports. Actively participate in the decision to remove or add parts to inventory. Review, set-up and order all capital Spare Parts to be added to the storeroom
- Cook up all parts for repair, pack & ship them to vendor with failure details for repair
- Unload and load shipments to and from trucks using forklift
- Maintain daily interaction with the Maintenance department to monitor and maintain service levels with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience with inventory management and/or receiving in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment
- 1+ years of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military, or related environment

Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is $39,000 to $54,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
